成功的決定因素 The Factors Lead to Success

　　What is success? I think different people will have different answers. Some people think that success is earning a great deal of money or working in the government. Or success is nothing but we look for all the time. In my opinion, success is quite simple. It means you can live the life you want and you can feel happiness very often. Sometime, money cannot bring you happiness or satisfaction, and you can’t have the feeling of success. Because money is just the tool to achieve your goal but never the goal. Therefore, looking for what you really want and then work hard for it. Then you are close to success.

　　什么是成功?我想這是一個(gè)仁者見(jiàn)仁智者見(jiàn)智的問(wèn)題。有的人認(rèn)為，賺很多的錢或者在政府部門任職就是成功，又或者成功并不是什么東西，但我們卻對(duì)它孜孜以求。我認(rèn)為，成功很簡(jiǎn)單，那就是你能過(guò)上你想要的生活，并能常常感覺(jué)到幸福。有的時(shí)候，金錢并不能帶給你幸福感或滿足感，那也就不能感覺(jué)到幸福了，因?yàn)榻疱X只是你實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)的工具而不是終極目標(biāo)。因此，知道自己想要的，然后為之努力，那你也就離成功不遠(yuǎn)了。

　　When doing the same thing, some people success but some fail. There must be many factors leading that result. In my view, the most important factor is the difference of confidence, determination and sociability are the foundation and condition of success.

　　做同樣的事情，有些人成功，有些人失敗?？隙ㄓ性S多因素導(dǎo)致這樣的結(jié)果。在我看來(lái)，最重要的因素是人的信心，決心的差異以及社交能力是成功的基礎(chǔ)和條件。

成功的決定因素

　　First of all, no matter who want to success, they must have confidence, as confidence is the basic need for success. If someone always thinks he can’t do this or that well, then he can’t finish it well. For example, when a person is being interviewed, if he doesn’t believe he can do that job well, how can he act believable, so how can the interviewers trust his ability? Therefore, the interview is obviously a failure. However, if a person is confident, he can receive the opportunity to prepare for every challenge easily, which makes success become closer.

　　首先，無(wú)論誰(shuí)想要成功，就必須有信心，因?yàn)樾判氖浅晒Φ幕緱l件。如果有人總是認(rèn)為他不能把這個(gè)或那個(gè)做好，他肯定不能做好它。例如，當(dāng)一個(gè)人在面試的時(shí)候，如果他不相信自己能做好這個(gè)工作，他如何能表現(xiàn)得自信，那么如何能使面試官相信他的能力呢?所以，那樣的面試肯定是失敗的。但是，如果一個(gè)人是有自信的，他可以輕易的迎接每一次挑戰(zhàn)的機(jī)會(huì)，這也會(huì)使成功更加接近。

　　In addition, confidence just the door for success, if someone wants to get into the house of success, determination is necessary. The determined meet difficulties always overcome it and insist to the end. On the other hand, if someone is not determined, he would give up when facing difficulty. For instance, when doing homework, the person who is not determined always can’t finish perfectly and even copy from others when he thinks that homework is hard to finish. However, the person who is determined always can finish it well, because he know what he really wants and he is able to carry on.

　　此外，信心只是成功之門，如果想取得成功，決心是必須的。有決心的人遇到困難總能克服它，并堅(jiān)持到最后。另一方面，如果一個(gè)沒(méi)有決心的人，遇到困難時(shí)他會(huì)放棄。例如，做作業(yè)的時(shí)候，沒(méi)有決心的人總是無(wú)法很好的完成作業(yè)甚至如果他覺(jué)得作業(yè)難以完成就會(huì)抄襲別人的。但是，有決心的人總是能很好地完成作業(yè)，因?yàn)樗浪嬲胍?，并且能?jiān)持下去。

　　The last but not least is that no one can do anything well by themselves, so they need help. At that time, sociable is helpful. It is well-known that success is hard to reach. Therefore, people need others to help them. A sociable person can get help easily, as he has so many friends. On the other side, a person is not good at communication, when he gets in trouble, maybe no one helps him. So we can see the importance of sociability to success.

　　最后但并非最不重要的是，沒(méi)有人可以靠自己做好所有的事情，所以他們需要幫助。這個(gè)時(shí)候，社交是很有幫助的。眾所周知，成功是很難取得的。因此，人們需要他人的幫助。一個(gè)善于交際的人可以輕易的得到幫助，因?yàn)樗泻芏嗯笥?。另一方面，一個(gè)不善于社交的人，當(dāng)他遇到麻煩時(shí)，也許沒(méi)有人會(huì)幫助他。所以我們可以看到社交對(duì)于成功的重要性。

　　In a word, there maybe not only confidence, determination, and sociability are essential to success, but I think they are the most important ones, for they are the foundation and condition of success.

　　總之，可能不僅僅信心，決心，和社交能力是成功的關(guān)鍵，但我認(rèn)為它們是最重要的，因?yàn)樗麄兪浅晒Φ幕A(chǔ)和條件。
